Carol-Ann Dooley Joins the Central Florida Advisory Board!

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Carol-Ann Dooley, Director, Digital Management-Program Execution, KPMG, to the Advisory Board.

Carol-Ann brings over 30 years of experience leading operational transformation initiatives across diverse industries, including hospitality, homebuilding, healthcare, and consulting. Her attention to detail and commitment to outcomes have been key drivers of her success.

As she puts it, “The work of implementing change is hard, complex, and deeply rewarding—and it’s what motivates me to support the Blessings in a Backpack mission.”

Carol-Ann has consistently dedicated her time and expertise to organizations addressing critical issues, including poverty, food and housing insecurity, and equitable access to education. Through her role at KPMG, she has volunteered with the Boys & Girls Clubs and served as co-chair for the KPMG Family for Literacy initiative. In 2024, she helped organize an event between KPMG and Blessings in a Backpack, providing grade-level books to students at a local elementary school.

Her passion for the work of Blessings in a Backpack is deeply personal. Having experienced hunger as a child and the impact of community support firsthand, Carol-Ann is committed to helping the organization reach as many kids as possible.

Outside of work, Carol-Ann finds joy in spending time with her family—whether supporting her daughter’s equestrian pursuits, traveling, boating, or enjoying the beauty of Central Florida. She also loves a good book, a great cup of coffee, and caring for her many plants.

Carol-Ann is looking forward to serving the Central Florida community and is eager to contribute to the mission of Blessings in a Backpack.
