Diane LaVigna serves as the Managing Director of the Blessings in a Backpack Orlando Chapter, a role she began in October 2024. She brings 28 years of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising and has held her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential since 2005. A native of New York State, LaVigna has lived in Winter Garden, Florida, for the past seven years. She is an active member of the Central Florida Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and serves on the board of the Winter Garden Art Association. LaVigna is married with one son and enjoys spending her free time reading and painting.

Katie Cowan is a versatile professional with extensive experience in education and marketing. She serves as the Chapter Coordinator for Blessings Orlando, supporting efforts to feed kids on the weekends, a role she began in February 2024. A Florida native residing in Longwood, Florida, Cowan holds a master’s degree in mathematics education and combines her teaching background with expertise in customer engagement and digital marketing. She is married, has a blended family of six children, and enjoys live music and spending time with her pets.
